Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies include local storage and tracking pixels. This policy explains how rovpa.shop uses them.

What our site uses

ROVPA does not set any cookies for shoppers and does not use local storage, analytics, advertising pixels or social media trackers. Your shopping bag lives only in the page’s memory and is cleared when you close or reload the page.

Our fonts and scripts are served from our own domain, so loading our pages doesn’t send your information to font or script networks.

Strictly necessary cookies from our providers

Hosting and security (Cloudflare)

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may set a strictly necessary security cookie, such as __cf_bm, to tell people apart from automated traffic and protect the site from abuse. If a security check runs, it may also set cf_clearance. These cookies don’t track you across websites and are short-lived.

Staff sign-in

Our private admin page, used only by the ROVPA team, sets one strictly necessary cookie to keep staff signed in. Shoppers never receive it.

Checkout (Stripe)

When you click Checkout, you go to Stripe’s secure checkout page. Stripe sets cookies there that are needed to process payments and prevent fraud, under Stripe’s own Cookie Policy.

Do you need to accept cookies?

No. Because only strictly necessary cookies are used, there is nothing to accept or reject. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. If you block Stripe’s cookies, checkout may not work.

Changes

If we ever add analytics or marketing cookies, we will update this policy first and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
