Privacy Policy
Effective October 25, 2026
This policy explains what personal information ROVPA (“we”, “us”) collects when you visit rovpa.shop or buy from us, how we use it, and the choices you have. ROVPA is operated by the owner of ROVPA, based in Florida, USA.
- We collect only what we need to take your order, ship it and help you.
- We don’t use analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies.
- We don’t sell your personal information or share it for advertising.
- Card payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
Information we collect
When you place an order
Checkout happens on a secure page run by our payment processor, Stripe. From that checkout we receive your name, email address, shipping address, your billing address when Stripe needs it to process the payment, the items you bought and the amount you paid. Stripe processes your card details. We only receive limited payment information, such as the card brand and the last four digits.
When you contact us
Your email address and anything you choose to tell us.
Wholesale applications
The wholesale form on our site does not send or store anything by itself. It opens your application in WhatsApp or your email app, and we receive only what you choose to send: your business and contact details and your answers. WhatsApp is operated by Meta under its own privacy policy. We use this information only to review your application and to work with your business.
Email sign-up
The email sign-up form on our site is not active yet. Anything typed into it is not sent or stored. Before we start collecting email addresses, we will update this policy, and we will only send you marketing emails if you check the consent box.
Automatically, when you visit
Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the time of the request. We use this data only to deliver the site, keep it secure and fix errors. Your shopping bag is kept only in your browser’s memory while the page is open. It is not saved on our servers or in cookies.
How we use your information
- To process, pack and ship your order.
- To send order confirmations, receipts and shipping updates.
- To answer your questions and handle returns and refunds.
- To prevent fraud and keep the site secure.
- To meet our tax, accounting and other legal obligations.
We do not use your information to build advertising profiles.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the store, and only what they need to do their job:
- Stripe, Inc. processes payments and helps prevent fraud. Stripe handles your information under its Privacy Policy.
- Shipping services: USPS and the label service we use to buy postage receive your name and shipping address so your package can be delivered.
- Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the website and protects it from attacks.
- Our email provider lets us send and receive messages with you.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or prevent fraud, or as part of a sale or transfer of the business, in which case the new owner must keep honoring this policy. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Cookies, Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
We set no cookies for shoppers. Our Cookie Policy explains the strictly necessary cookies our hosting and payment providers may use.
We do not track visitors over time or across other websites, and no third party collects personal information about your online activities on our site. So our site works the same way whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal. When you click Checkout, you leave our site for a page hosted by Stripe, where Stripe collects your payment and contact details under its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as we need them to fulfill orders, handle returns and meet tax and accounting requirements, generally up to seven years. We keep messages for as long as they are needed to help you. Cloudflare keeps technical logs for a limited period.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing our customer service email (published before launch). We will reply within 45 days. We may need to keep some records, such as order and tax records, when the law requires it. We won’t treat you differently for making a request. If the law where you live gives you additional privacy rights, contact us and we will honor them as required.
Security
Our site uses HTTPS everywhere, payments are processed by Stripe, and we limit access to your information to what is needed to run the store. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
Children
Our store is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Where your information is processed
We sell only to addresses in the United States. Our service providers may process information in the United States and in other countries where they operate.
Changes to this policy
When we update this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date. If the changes are significant, we will also place a notice on our home page before they take effect.
