Terms of Sale

These terms apply when you buy from rovpa.shop. Please read them before placing an order.

1. Who we are

rovpa.shop is operated by the owner of ROVPA, doing business as ROVPA, based in Florida, USA. You can reach us at our customer service email (published before launch). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Sale and to our Shipping, Returns & Refunds and Privacy policies.

2. Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission and supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order. We ship only to addresses in the United States.

3. Products

We try to show each cap’s colors and details accurately, but the product may look slightly different from the photos because of lighting and screen settings. Product names describe each cap’s design. ROVPA is an independent brand and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any sports league or team.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Sales tax is added where the law requires it, and shipping is shown at checkout before you pay. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, and by completing checkout you authorize the charge. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

5. Orders

After you pay, you’ll receive an email confirming your order. We may limit quantities (currently up to 5 of each cap per order). We may cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, if we suspect fraud or if there was a pricing error. If we cancel, we’ll refund you in full.

6. Shipping, title and risk of loss

We ship as described in our Shipping policy. Ownership and risk of loss pass to you when the package is delivered to your shipping address.

7. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are handled under our Returns & Refunds policy.

8. Using our website

Please don’t misuse the site. That includes trying to disrupt it, accessing it with automated tools to copy content, placing fraudulent orders or using it for anything unlawful.

9. Intellectual property

The ROVPA name and logo, and the website’s design, text and photos are owned by ROVPA or used with permission. You may not copy or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

10. Disclaimer

We work to keep the website accurate and available, but we can’t promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. Nothing in these terms limits any warranty or right that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Some states don’t allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you have a problem, please contact us first and we’ll try to resolve it within 30 days. A claim that isn’t resolved informally may be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida, or in a small claims court where you live if it qualifies.

We may update these terms. The version posted on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
